We are very happy to find our precious Master Geshe Lhundup who will share the sacred teachings of Dzogchen.
Online on Zoom, a weekly class of 1h15, Every Tuesday.
The course will be in English and French.
The scheduled times are 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Paris time)
Exclusively reserved for Dzogchen practitioners wishing to progress on familiarity with the state of Rigpa !
Geshe Lhundup will speak in English and French, in both languages in the same course.
Geshe Lhundup wants to bring together his international students in the same course.
If anyone wishes to do the translation it will be quite possible too.
There will be practices, essential theoretical information, centered around Dzogchen.
These teachings and practices will be dedicated exclusively to Dzogchen practitioners who are truly interested in progressing in their own state of Rigpa.

The Dzogchen Program in 4 Steps: 1 Step every 2 months.
The details below:
1) to recognize the nature of the mind,
2) work on stability in this state,
3) create familiarity with one's own Rigpa,
4) integrate the essential experience of the nature of Buddha's mind with the activities of body, speech and mind in our daily lives.
1) The first part will focus on Tsenches Kyi Nyanlen with characteristic practices, which means focusing more on preparing the meaning of Trekchod meditation, working on energetic and emotional rebalancing, and unblocking the channels, using different methods from different Dzogchen texts
2) The second part is the Tsen May Kyi Nyamlen, without characteristic practice, which means concentrating more on the internal essentials, using the various wonderful advice of the masters.
3) The third part is called Nar bab, which means focusing more on resting in the natural, using the various Dzogchen texts.
4) The fourth part is called Sor Shuk, keeping cool or reviving, trying to integrate Lam Cher into the daily activities of body, speech and mind, using the amazing guidance of Yogis and Yoginis.
The duration of the retreat will be approximately 50 hours in total, which means that each week 1h15 online
Geshe Lhundup will explain in French and English.
