📖 Programme 2025–2026 : Thögal – Les Quatre Naldjor | The Four Naldjor

FR : Durant l’annĂ©e 2025–2026, l’étude et la pratique porteront sur les Quatre Naldjor de Thögal. Chaque session inclura : enseignements, pratique guidĂ©e, transmission de texte de Sharza, questions-rĂ©ponses.

  1. Premier Naldjor – stabilitĂ© dans le sans-forme, clartĂ© de l’esprit libre de saisie
  2. Deuxiùme Naldjor – reconnaissance directe de la nature de l’esprit à travers les Quatre Visions
  3. Troisiùme Naldjor – Samadhi de l’Apparence Lumineuse du Ciel
  4. Quatriùme Naldjor – Samadhi de la Lampe Auto-Illuminatrice

EN : During 2025–2026, study and practice will focus on the Four Naldjor of Thögal. Each session includes: teachings, guided practice, transmission from Sharza’s text, and Q&A.

  1. 1st Naldjor – stability in the formless, natural clarity of the mind
  2. 2nd Naldjor – direct recognition of mind through the Four Visions
  3. 3rd Naldjor – Samadhi of the Luminous Appearance of the Sky
