1. Premier Yoga de l’Obscurité – Stabiliser le Śamatha sans forme à travers les Trois Instructions et les Trois Libérations.

2. Deuxième Yoga de l’Obscurité – Les Quatre Visions de Percée : clarifier l’obscur et frapper au point essentiel.

3. Troisième Yoga – Le Samadhi de l’Apparence Lumineuse du Ciel.

4. Quatrième Yoga – Le Samadhi de la Lampe Auto-Illuminatrice, reconnaissance de la clarté innée.

1. First Darkness Yoga – Stabilizing formless Śamatha through the Three Instructions and Three Liberations.

2. Second Darkness Yoga – The Four Visions of Breakthrough: clarifying the unclear, striking at the essential point.

3. Third Yoga – The Samadhi of the Luminous Appearance of the Sky.
